The problem was cleaning it , but I guess that comes with having a shag carpet . At first I thought it was a little thin , but trust me , this price and the thickness of it beats most other carpets out there . The 5x8 rug was nicely sized for my room, and makes a nice alternative to the hard wood floor. It is thin, so you can still feel the floor beneath it, but it adds a soft layer and is good for the price. Very soft - doesn’t shed and the biggest shock is that it can go through the washing machine and comes out looking new and white again. My dog keeps lying on it instead of his bed because it’s so soft. It’s not very cushioned so if you want that you could put a cushioned mat underneath but they work really well on the sides of a bed when your floors are wood or tile. I had to buy two of these because I ordered the wrong size. I bought these for my nursery. They are super soft and comfy. However, there are areas on the rug where the material is thin. Otherwise, I love the rugs and would buy again.

I ended up putting my old rug (this one was to replace the old one) under the new one for more cushion, since it's under my desk. Feels nice, very thin so we left our old rug under it for more cushion. The color is nice and it is very lightweight. If you have kids or pets not a good choice. The shag is fairly long so things get lost. Overall I’m happy with it great price

This carpet didn’t cost much and it’s pretty cute. The quality could’ve been better. The strands don’t easily get torn off! Which is great, I was expecting it to have a weird smell but it didn’t. Overall I’d buy it again
