    • Odd and wonderful at the same time
This is my first pair of Oofos. They do take some getting use to. They are "mushy". This is good, but also odd. When I walk, it isn't with a sure and flat foot. It rocks a bit due to the thicker and soft bottom. I'm used to a more sure footed flat foamy bottomed flip flop. I do tent to wear the heal out of flip flops as I'm a heal walker. These would probably take some time to do so, if at all. Wife also got a pair in a different color. She is complaining of her ankles getting sore. Like I said, not a very flat footed step, so your ankles will engage to stabilize. This is slight, but it is noticeably so if you are new to these. After a long day at work though (and I work out and run on my lunch break) and slipping these on, it does feel good. I'm not sure these would replace all of my flip flops, but if I need the "relief" and / or if I'm going to walk a lot, these would be what I grab. If I'm just hanging out, running to the store or whatever, basic flip flops will do. If you have a friend who has a pair, ask to try them on and see what I mean. It's not good, or bad, its different. I can see if not everyone feels the same. For me, its sort of a relief or treat. I wouldn't want them to forever replace flip flops though. ... show more

My doctor said I need arch support so I have been using inserts for my regular shoes. But I like my flip-flops so I was searching for some that would give me that support. These are perfect! I’m on my forth pair of Oofos Since 2020 the first pair bought in Maui were great. Subsequent pairs purchased online Don’t seem to be Quite as good. I have diabetic neuropathy, so I can’t be sure. They’re still one of the most comfortable things I wear.

    • They really do help feet pain

Let me start by saying I have suffered with arthritis in my feet since I was in third grade and I am now 47 years old. Nothing really helped. I recently moved into a new apartment on the 1st floor which basically has it's floor over concrete slab. My feet were killing me as I walked around the apartment and down the halls. I would often have to sit for long periods of time just to take the pressure off. I got my flip flops which was something I preciously could not wear at all. My sister had told me that these shoes help her feet and since she also suffers from arthritis I dubiously decided to give them a try. It sounds to good to be true, but now when my feet hurt, I put on my flip flops which was something I used to not be able to do on a good day. After wearing the shoes for a bit my feet actually start to feel better. I can't believe I have shoes that help my feet feel better and that those shoes are FLIP FLOPS! I did go on their website to see if they have regular shoes or sneakers but while they do have shoes, they are ugly as sin and they, as of yet have no sneakers. I will stick to the flip flops for now but with fall coming I am honestly thinking about either getting a pair of the ugly shoes or trying to wear socks with my flip flops. If you have foot pain, you have to try these. And to Oofos, thank you for making such an awesome product...my feet love you now if you could just get your design team to create a stylish looking shoe that would be great. Thanks ... show more

I bought a pair in Rehoboth Beach last summer and I LOVE THEM! They do feel a little strange at first, the proper foot fit. They feel like they are a bit high in the arch until you start to walk in them a good half hour and then they start molding to your feet. (This to let you know to give them a chance). The cushion shock absorption is increased by almost 40%! That is amazing recovery relief. They are great if you’ve got sore feet from a lot of walking, a day at work, workouts.. these give you immediate relief. It does not say so but it almost feels like pressure points from the shoes to your feet give relief right away! They were perfect at The beach and weight just ounces! Totally worth it. My Navy ones from last year are still great but I wanted another pair with some more color. They are two slightly different styles! I am loving these new ones! The feel is slightly different but amazing!! They fit your normal size. I wear a womens 9 and they fit perfect!! Hopes this helps someone!! ... show more
