I normally wear a 34G (UK) and bought this bra in XL. I have a rotator cuff injury and needed something to keep the girls from flopping around until I can bear to wear normal bras again. I am uber sensitive to fabrics/tags and picky about comfort. If bras (or shoes!) don't feel instantly comfortable...hard pass. There are other fish in the sea. I would classify this as a leisure or sleep bra rather than a sports bra. It doesn't offer much support. You could get away with walking or something low impact, but that's it. But it is SO COMFY! The fabric is soft, so even though the band bunches up, it isn't at all uncomfortable. The straps are long enough that they don't put extra pressure on your shoulders. The pads and the center shirring offer enough separation that you don't get as much of a uniboob. Because the fabric is stretchy, it is easy to get on and off, even with my shoulder injury. Read other reviews that made me decide on these bras, and I'm so glad I did! First the sizing chart worked for me perfectly. I'm 5'3 and a 38 C normally and ordered the XL. Seriously..perfect fit..no pinching, pulling in my shouldders/ neck, cup fit great, and band is not irritating or tight like my last set of Hanes sport bras. I read that a lot of ladies didn't like the pad inserts but I use them as I wear these to work everyday and scrubs are not thick material. I wash them in a net bag and hang them dry, three washes later and they still fit like the first time. I do agree that if your well endowed in the chest area I wouldn't do moderate to high impact workouts in these but I'm pretty active as a vet tech and they stay in placewith very little to no shift or movement. I have to walk, run, lift, occasionally wrestle, and hold animals in place. They don't squish me flat and I have shape to my chest with good support. I'm definitely going to be getting more of these. ... show more

I bought this set of three sports bras in large (based on other reviewers recommendation to size up) and they fit great. The padding is removable and provides really great shape (especially for those who are smaller chested like myself). They’re comfortable and for the set of three, definitely budget friendly. I’ve worn and washed them several times and they’ve held up well. Definitely size up one size - as they do run a bit small, but overall, I’m extremely pleased and happy with my purchase. I live in Georgia and it is HOT and HUMID here! I am large chested (42DD) and have a belly. I have found that I am actually more hot when I am not wearing a bra, so I prefer to wear one even around the house...just to limit the sweating! I tried a different “leisure bra” that was all cotton, but it gave zero support. It was basically just a sweat catcher. These...oh my...are glorious! I was leery of the removable pads bc I sure don’t need any padding lol! But I think of them more as “positioners” rather than padding. They make sure the girls stay in place and don’t spill out the sides. I have washed them several times and they are doing great! The pads do get all folded up in there, but that’s hardly a dealbreaker considering how amazing these are. There is NO una-boob either. I mean these are awesome. I am buying more after I finish this review. And I’ve never reviewed anything on amazon before. I love these. Is it tacky to give them as gifts? Asking for a friend. I have not worked out in them, but I didn’t buy them for that purpose anyway. I don’t think they would give a large-chested lady much support if you start jumping and running and stuff. But it suits me just fine for doing chores around the house, chasing kids, going to the store, playing outside, going to eat Mexican food, etc. Try them! ... show more

I could almost laugh at the notion that these would work for any type of exercising because this is strictly a house bra. Now as a house bra it's 5 star. Maybe if you're in the itty-bitty club you could jump around in this bra and not cause yourself injury but I'm a DDD cup so no, no, no! For reference, am large-busted. The bras are completely average and serviceable. Comfortable for hanging around the house. As long as you know what you want it for, you wont be disappointed. Q. Can I wear it to work out? A. NO. It will not hold the girls in place during even mild activity. Thin with minimal support. Q. Will it keep my chest reined in enough to make a trip to the grocery without an incident? A. Sure. It does keep things in check as long as you are walking and not doing a ton of bending over. Q. Will my breasts look good in the bra? A. Meh. Bit of a uniboob. And there is no shaping going on. Think comfort over style here. Q. Can I sleep in it? A. Yes. I used the sizing chart to determine my size and even bought a size up (I purchased these for some lightweight support during pregnancy) and they look like they're for someone half my size! I can squeeze into them but they're so tight and uncomfortable I cannot wear them for the purpose I purchased them for nor could I wear them for working out if I wanted to. They seem very well made and like they would be very comfortable if they were sized correctly, so I will likely purchase another pack in a different size, but just be cautious of the sizing chart! ... show more
