I am normally a size 8.5/9 depending on the brand. These are definitely a true to size 9. I truly feel like I am walking on a cloud. I do have wide feet and had previously been wearing Brooks, and they were a little snug in the toe area, but not these. Perfect for wide and narrow feet alike. I don't have wide feet & I like my shoes tied snug -- so I was a bit worried when I first put these on and they were tight, even after adjusting the laces. But after a couple wears, they've stretched enough that they're comfortable. I mostly wear them on the treadmill/walking exercise. I feel like this brand is more of a fashion statement than a good practical shoe and really, not worth the extra $. They are perfect for running and make you feel like you are running on air because of the support and the way the shoe is made. They are easy to slip on even if you have your own insoles which I do. The laces stay tied during your run or workout, never coming untied. The shoes are easy to clean and easy to store in your gym bag. I do get small rocks stuck in the bottoms sometimes but that's not a big deal and just pop them out. They are springy when running and very comfortable for all-day walking.
