This is my first pair of On Clouds, I purchased for my wife however the box came very damaged and there was visible glue where the bottoms had been glued to the shoe.. is this normal for On Cloud or are they fake?

I purchased this shoe to wear in Europe. I walked 5-7 miles a day. Comfortable, non-slip, and perfect for walking tours. I had no problems walking on the cobblestone streets. LOVE this super lightweight shoe. Even better, it comes out of the washing machine looking like new.

This is my fourth pair of ON athletic shoes; this is my second pair of waterproof shoes. The shoe is by far the most comfortable pair of athletic shoes I have ever owned. I have high arches and I am able to walk in them all day. My complaint is about the color; these shoes do not have that fresh out of the box black look, they appear to be more of a dusty black. I am returning the shoe because that dull black looks bad next to my dark black pants. ... show more
