I bought this for my 4 mo old cavapoo puppy for something indoors to play with...he was a little timid to go in. My 3yr old golden retriever though is a different story. Once she saw the balls being dumped inside the playpool, she went in, rolled around and was so happy. She is a dog that is sound sensitive, does NOT like new things, so I was so thrilled to see her enjoying something new and fun!! The playpen/pool is sturdy as my dogs both bent the sides they popped back in place. It is NOT too overwhelmingly large, which is what I was hoping it would be. Great product and so much fun for our daughter. Big enough for mom or dad to get ion with her to play with the balls. Very easy to fold and unfold for play (although we just leave ours out). The sturdiness is just so so, but this is not a deal breaker and is certainly sturdy enough to handle play. Will hold approximately 1500 of the click n play style plastic balls. We have 800 in ours and it’s roughly half way full give or take… I would recommend no less than 800 if you want any depth, as 800-1000 seems to be a perfect amount. My childern love this ball pit, it’s spacious and durable! My 16 mo can easily climb in and out, yet is deep enough to fit a considerable amount of balls. It’s a great price for all of the smiles you will get out of it!

I bought this for my grandbabies to play in but it needs some type of floor to help it stay set up. It doesn't stay upright on it's own. It also doesn't hold it's shape. We used it for our 1 year old grandson and we had to continue reshaping it and making it stand up.

Feels like some kind of super thick and sturdy cardboard as the frame, so it's crazy lightweight. My daughter has been climbing in and out of it just fine without hurting the pit or her little thighs. Shes actually fallen on it a couple times and when she gets up it pops right back up! She likes using it as a ball pit and a stuffie cuddle puddle. I'd love to try using it as a larger potable play area for at the park with another baby down the line! It's easy to fold for storage and even easier to set up. Takes up a very small amount of space when folded; which makes it perfect for throwing in the closet when not in use for those of us that don't have a ton of room for large permanent play structures! P.S.- The second to last pic is my 24oz coffee cup next to the side for size comparison. Last pic is of it up with 1,000 balls in it (plus a couple stuffies lol) ... show more
