I’m a medical courier and this came in handy. However the slide to unlock and lock comes off sometimes. I’m scared to lose it. Very sturdy and for the price I love it! Easy to assemble. Size and weight is great.

My husband and I were super excited to use this, especially when we go grocery shopping. We used it once and it was all good, until we got home 2 hours later to put it away. When we moved the handle to pull the cart towards us, the handle came out and while we thought we could just put the handle back down and pull it up again, it was stuck (pictured). When we turned it over to see what the problem was, a plastic part fell out that had broken from the inside. It was disappointing because it was such a convenient product to use and the weight limit was a lot higher than others I’ve seen, but to know we didn’t exceed the limit and it still broke was disappointing. I’m not sure if it was a faulty item, but just be aware before purchasing otherwise you’ll be tossing it out when after one use like we had to. ... show more

First one delivered had the handle broken so it was replaced quickly, which was really nice. The plastic tote part is pretty sturdy when opened but the handle is just junk and flimsy metal.
