True to size. I’m usually a size 7-7.5 in US sizing, but sized up to size 8 after watching the video, but I think I would probably be ok if I went with my original size. I wear them with socks so it wasn’t too much of a problem, and I was worried that my feet would swell after a long plane ride, so size 8 worked well with my feet. No breaking in needed. Absolutely didn’t need time to break in, though I did need one day of wearing to get used to the arches as I’ve never bought shoes with arch support. The back of the shoe is extremely soft and made it very easy to slip on and off for going through customs, on the plane, and at mosques, however whenever people stepped onto my shoe, my whole foot slipped out of the shoe which made it slightly annoying. Very comfortable. I bought these shoes for my Dubai and Brunei trip, which would involve a lot of walking. I was slightly worried as the soles didn’t feel as soft as I anticipated, but was super surprised that my feet didn’t ache at all during my 8-day trip, and now I don’t feel right when I’m wearing shoes without arch support although I don’t have flat feet or high arches. Looks good with anything. I have a lot of white shoes at home already, so I decided to go with Tapa, which looked good with all the outfits I wore on my trip, including dresses. Even my mum noticed my new pair of shoes and said they were very functional and didn’t look anything like the traditional walking shoes with arch support which are usually very bulky and not stylish. Extremely breathable, and although a lot of sand got in my shoes when I was at the Arabian Desert, it was very easy to shake the sand out of my shoes. Quick shipping. I was worried about buying these shoes from the reviews, but the bad ones don’t know what they’re talking about. These are the perfect summer shoes and they go with everything! I’m going to buy them in the gray too. They are sooo comfortable and versatile and go with jeans, shorts, sundresses, etc. and I they have a supportive insole. I don’t really wear them with the heel down because it’s white and I don’t want it to be dirty looking, but seriously don’t hesitate to buy them. I get so many compliments on these & they are so comfortable. I find it hard to find supportive shoes in this kind of style that you can walk around all day in, but these are perfect. I actually had an green pair previously that unfortunately got stolen so I HAD to get a new pair. Since the green ones I had are no longer sold, I opted for the off-white and am very happy with the color! Bought these for a trip to London. Outside if wearing my boots for the rain I wore these daily. Almost as comfy as my hey dudes but a little flatter (less cushy). But even still they were as comfortable as my sneakers. Can’t wait for nice weather to wear them all the time. Plus the color is nice enough to wear to work (sorta khaki/tan). ... show more

These zero drop shoes are hybrid slip on/tie on sneaks with real good laces and what seems top be hand stitching. The heel folds in and out and doesn't degrade. Very well made. The toe box could be a bit bigger for 5 stars. I had to go a full size up and I have a bit too much shoe in the front.

These shoes are so comfortable right out of the box. I wear them all day everyday with no discomfort at all. No breaking in. Light too and roomy toe box. Love the heel down feature. Pricey but worth it.

These are comfortable, soft easy on the feet. My only complaint will be they are a bit to narrow, and there is no option to choose a bigger with. Theses are not for wide width wearers, I am a medium width and they a bit exact for me. I prefer closed shoes with a little more room, it doesn’t hurt or anything but for me personally I would have preferred them wider. ... show more
