I tried on the shoes as soon as they arrived, and I loved them. Put them away and it wasn’t until 3 weeks after they arrived that I try to wear them for a full day. I felt that they needed to be broken in and took them off. The following weekend I intended to break them in and wore them for a couple hours. It wasn’t until I got blisters that I took them off, finding out that they are defective. One shoe (the left one) has an excess of sewing/leather where the tong and the quarter meet, which got me a blister in the bridge by my toe. The other shoe (the right one) has a defect on the heel collar, whatever goes inside is in the middle portion instead of the top, which got me a blister on my heel. I was shy a couple days from the return period date and try contacting someone but got automated responses that Amazon should take care of it, and then Amazon said that the return period had passed, and I couldn’t return the product. I like the shoes, a lot. It just pains me that I won’t be able to make them work comfortably, that it’s why I’m giving them a 1-star review. ... show more

Every leather with sneaker brand talks about genuine soft supple leather…don’t think they know the meaning of soft or supple. Great sneaker but this will take some breaking. Overall great buy, just beware the will need some break-in.

Purchased a multi-colored model and they were small, or at least I thought because the front tapered down smashing the big toe when my feet are so small and slim. Keeping in mind I am a 7-7.5 depending on the shoe I read in the listing to size up so I didn't understand why all this is going on given I purchased a size 8. The heal-slip is terrible!! laced or not ever step will have heal-slip, very annoying. So assuming they are made exaggeratedly small I opted to try a pair in black one size up (a 9) well, the width was fine but they were so long, even with thick socks it was like wearing heavy flippers. Which brings me to how incredibly heavy, hard and clunky they are absolutely BRUTAL on your feet. Maybe I have just gotten use to the dress sneakers now all made of soft, lightweight sneakers but these are incredibly uncomfortable regardless of size. I don't think between the bad sizing, heavy and hard materials, and the design (heal-slip) that a proper shoe designer designed these. It's a shame,. These are only ok if you intend on not walking at all (car to seat, seat to car) if not prepare to suffer. I'm disappointed because I love the aesthetic, but the final result lacks in every way ... show more

I am very disappointed with this purchase. I paid $213 for a pair of sneakers that were supposed to be high-quality and 100% leather, but what I received is far from what was promised. The sneakers I received appear to be a lower-quality model, worth approximately $80. As a loyal customer of this brand with four original pairs, I can immediately tell the difference in quality: 1. Design and Materials: The pair I received is bulkier and less visually appealing. Instead of being made of leather, the interior is fabric, which is a clear misrepresentation of the product. 2. Sole: The sole is made of cheap, toasted-colored rubber, which feels flimsy and of very low quality. 3. Laces: Even the laces are of noticeably inferior quality compared to what this brand usually offers. 4. Overall Quality: The overall quality is disastrous and does not justify the price I paid. I feel deceived and very frustrated. This product not only fails to meet expectations but also represents a serious breach of trust with customers. I strongly advise against purchasing these sneakers unless you want to experience the same disappointment. ... show more

I recommend not buying this, it is the WORST purchase I have ever made in my life, these shoes destroy my feet, after using them the first time I had to send them to a shoemaker first for a week then for another week and they still continue to destroy my feet , in the end I am going to have to throw them in the trash...by far my worst purchase on Amazon ... show more
