We bought this for my 10-year-old who has been showing interest in getting a phone, but we aren’t quite ready for that yet. This is a really good alternative! I had some issues with the sim card I purchased separately from the watch, but once I used the one already included, I just purchased a plan from the website and had no more issues. I recommend just using the sim card that comes with it and purchasing a plan from the website. The plan is super affordable and gave her the option to have unlimited call, text, and data with the watch. It gives me piece of mind being able to reach her when she isn’t home. I was having an issue gettting the bind to work talk to the respresentative phoebe and she was wonderful was so patient that she even went beyond what I needed and also took me through other things that the watch could do gave me a class she was so patient. The watch is wonderful highly recommend

My son really likes this watch, it has many things can paly with. For example, the camera and sports records. It also provides a free sim card for phone calls. The two buttons on the sides can easily return to the main menu. Also, the belt of the watch is very comfortable.
