First, the last time I slept on a mattress like this was in college or on one of our road trips somewhere across the country in my 20s. 30 years ago, these things were not that comfortable, to be brutally honest. I picked this up for a couple of reasons. The main reason is that I'm moving into a new condo and will buy furniture over the next several months due to my extreme travel schedule of being on the road 300 days a year producing events for clients across the US and Canada. There was no King option for purchase being a vine influencer, but the queen was an excellent happy medium between the larger versions. Also, my goal was to get a queen that was the 8-inch version versus the 13-inch version, but after using it for a few nights, I am much happier that I got the 8-inch version just in case you fall off the bed. It can happen occasionally, and it works well when not having nightstands. It does take some time for you to fill the bed. YOU want to be patient and take your time. Also, it comes with a great travel bag that I was thoroughly impressed by. Most of the time, when I buy products for traveling, the bags could be better quality or cheaper, but this one is perfect. The overall quality of the bed with the rubber and the mattress's fabric is critical because if you're putting sheets on this because some people won't, it will grab the sheets, and you won't be sliding around. Honestly, my first night's sleep, I thought, was going to be horrible, and it was different, but I slept fine at the end of the day after adjusting to it for the first couple of nights with various types of feel, softer or more complex. . I tend to go at a more rigid feel, and what makes a difference is having a down comforter and down pillows. When I received this in the mail, I went to pick it up from the post office and was surprised by how small the box was. However, it did have a heavyweight in the way, which told me that the mattress quality in the materials used would be top-notch. I am debating getting a king-size version now for the other bedroom because my niece and nephew are staying with me for a few months while I have furniture on order, and that'll take a couple of months to get shipped, and again, I'm in and out of the condo, so there's no real reason for me to get a mattress ASAP. If you want a quick solution or potentially a temporary long-term solution for maybe having an office and then utilizing that, maybe for guests or somebody that's going to be staying at your place for about a week, I think this is a suitable happy medium also if your parent, this would be great for potentially a college student and that is moving into a new apartment and just looking for a cheap temporary solution besides buying a full mattress, bed, bedpost, etc. If you have any questions, let me know, but I am looking forward to purchasing the 18 YOUTUBE STATEMENT ABOUT REVIEWS AND PHOTOS I'm in the process of setting up my YouTube studio to create product reviews. Whether you are going camping, on a road trip, or just need extra sleeping space for guests after a big party, this air mattress quickly sets up a sleeping solution without hassle. Coming with its own travel bag, this air mattress is super easy to set up because it inflates itself. It has a lengthy power cord that plugs into an electric socket, allowing you to use the built-in pump. For those without power outlets in the outdoors, there’s still a regular air valve for external air pumps. The built-in pump inflates quickly, making the mattress ready to sleep on within minutes. Be aware that it does not have an auto-off option, as stated in the instructions, so please turn the pump off when the mattress is filled to prevent damage. The mattress feels normal but better than cheap air mattresses. It doesn’t make a lot of noise when you move around and provides enough support. When deflating, the built-in pump makes this process much more painless, as it can suck out all the air in one go. Then you can easily roll it up and put it in the travel bag. Currently priced at $60, there is a $10 coupon that reduces this to $50. Compared to similar products on Amazon, this air mattress is fairly priced. While there are plenty of air mattress options nowadays that include the convenient internal pump, this one appears cheaper by a few dollars. However, at a similar price, you may be able to find one that has raised edges, which could promote a better sleeping experience for people who move around. Based on price, I recommend this product. Overall, this is a solid air mattress that is easy to inflate and deflate, thanks to the internal pump.
