  • Traxxas stampede shocks
Color: Blue
These are a great upgrade for my Traxxas stampede. The shocks are pre-filled with oil which is a plus. The shocks also have aluminum body so after a few test runs these shocks performed great and look great. The sharks are priced competitively and shipping was fast. They are a few millimeters longer than the factory shocks that came on the Traxxas stampede but that will not be an issue. I will probably be looking into getting some more shots like this for some of my other RC vehicles, definitely will die again. ... show more

  • Very nice Shocks!
Although these shocks are larger in diameter than stock or the big bore shocks, they fit nicely with plenty of clearance all around. They are stiff in the neutral position, I'm guessing that they will be great on the track Not sure about durability, but they seem well constructed. I'm very pleased with them up to this point. ... show more

  • Good shocks for the money.
Great shocks. They fit my 2wd Rustler and 2wd Slash. Not sure what weight oil they have in them though since they didn't list that. I emptied them and put my own oil in.

  • solid upgrade from stock shocks. Not quite as smooth as stock Traxxas slash 2wd shocks, but stronge
I got these as an upgade on Traxxas Slash two wheel drive, and i am quite impressed. I really like how you can adjust the ride height with the adjustable collars. I always thought the Slash 2wd sat a little low to the ground. Now, you can adjust the ride height significantly. Love the look, color, and quality. Only thing i can say slightly negative about them, is i feel like theyre not quite as smooth as the stock Slash shocks. They come with hardware to offset them more than the stock screws, which did help the front shocks smooth out. But the rear ones still have a slight" sticky" spot in them. But theyre still much better than the stock Slash shocks. I highly recommend them ... show more

  • They look good but..
The springs are really stiff for a 1/10th scale truck, and "springy" which can help with ride height. However, there's not a lot of actual shock absorption being done. The oil that it comes with is too thin, a strong spring which makes the car really bouncy. However they look cool and with their big bore, they can really take a beating. If you're just looking for inexpensive shocks are that durable, look good, give the car more height, and are easily adjustable, these are a decent buy. Outside of that, don't buy these if you're looking for any real performance. ... show more

  • Trash
Color: Blue
All 4 shocks are leaking on this car, the ones I had on my other slash same thing happened. You get what you pay for.. bottom line and lesson learned. Note: company tried to save face in questions/comments here. Told me to email them for the o rings and I never heard back. Go figure!

  • stiff
Color: Blue
The shocks look cool and work great.... But if you are to put them on a slash or anything that is in the 1/10th scale they are going to be to stiff. If you want your car to sit really high and you plan to jump big air they may work for you otherwise they are going to be pointless.

  • I don’t think these can be beat for $30
Color: Blue
These are really great for the money. They’re big bores compared to the stock shocks, they have threaded bodies, and anodized aluminum components. They make the truck sit really nice and soak up bumps and turns very well. If you’re not jumping 20ft in the air they’ll probably last forever. Mine came prefilled with oil. ... show more
