I ordered 4 of these glass moose mugs and they arrived in great condition...fortunately, no breakage as reported in some other reviews. They are super cute but I wish they held more beverage than they do. They only hold around 4 ounces, 6 ounces would be much better. I also wish they weren't quite so heavy, you could knock your teeth out if you weren't careful drinking from them. They are the thickness and weight of heavy carnival glass or the thickness you would expect of a glass candy dish...or something like that. They definitely are not the typical thickness or weight of a glass or cup. I ordered two of the plastic ones (also found here on Amazon) for my grandsons, even though I like the face on these better than the face on the plastic glasses. The reason I ordered the plastic moose mugs for my grandsons is because I'd be afraid they would drop one on their foot and break it...not the mug but their foot! Because of the heavy weight of these, I think they are more suited for adults. Odd thing is, the plastic ones you find here on Amazon hold 8 ounces which would be much better for adults. The only reason I can figure that they made these so small is perhaps they thought only alcoholic beverages would be served from them (like spiked punch or eggnog) and figured a small 4 ounce serving is enough. So the 4 star rating (instead of 5) is because they hold so little beverage and because they are so very heavy. Would love to see these produced in a 6 ounce size and a much more normal weight. ... show more

This is official Warner Bro. Entertainment Inc. Merchandise and is very well made with thick glass! It appears to look just like the ones used in the movie as well. This is the perfect one to give as a gift. I could not be any happier with this moose mug and highly recommend this one!

I got one as a gift so I wanted another to have a pair. This is not the cheap small one that you get at kohls or big lots. This is the thick, sturdy glads original Warner Brothers in the blue box. Maybe I'll get more 😉

Durability and sturdiness? Its a glass. Drop it and you'll discover it needs a 1 star rating on those two. But it is a nice glass mug, not a plastic one. But I've gotta call out the fact that it is not the same exact mug as the one in the movie. I had a hard time getting my Christmas rant on after discovering I could not channel my inner Clark Griswold because the glass was wrong so I went and curled up in a fetal position under my Leg Lamp and cried myself to sleep. ... show more
