I bought this product to go on a canoe trip and it worked great. When I moved and couldn’t find my regular kitchen stuff this was still in my car so I used it in my home until I found my cooking stuff. It was perfect.

This mess kit can be used for two. The silverware is disappointing but it's useable. The cups are double walled and with keep you from burning your fingers. The cups displace too much space. Silicone folding cups would fit better. I lost the clip. I'm not sure why it was included. I did not use it.

Took this kit on a hiking trip to 8500 ft. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the cooking set did, as we cooked chili in both pots. It was really easy to clean and no burn spots on either one. The cook stove functioned perfectly, just like previous reviews stated. You won’t be sorry with this kit, especially when backpackers biggest concerns are size and weight. This appears to copy the same format as some other higher quality brand sets which use titanium. This product consists of thin Aluminum. Chances are it will work fine for a couple of uses but don’t scratch it, cook or prepare acidic food, use harsh detergents, or otherwise test the physical properties of this weak material.
