I gave 4 stars only because the package must include a Nozzle, Batteries, and a Crevice tool, but it w/o a nozzle and batteries, I have only a cleaning brush (if it's a Crevice tool). Anyway, I'm not returning this device. It works fast and perfectly cleans the desktop. The bottom cover opens easily just pull down the cover. To insert new/replace batteries you need to open the top cover, push the side button, and pull up the cover. It's not easily opening but it will. Pay attention to batteries +/- direction. It’s a perfect daily clean up for our dining table. Our table is wood and this gets into the crevices and gets rid of all the crumbs that are hard to get. It was also good for cleaning up glitter and sparkles from decorations around Christmas time. Good price. Worth it.

We bought this to help with coffee grounds in the coffee area of our kitchen. It worked exceptionally well for a few weeks but is now far less effective. We tried charging it in case it was just losing power, no luck. A great product in theory!

It’s a light weight plastic so care needs to be taken with it, but not really an issue for an office desk. At first I thought the suction was weak, but it did pick up all the desk particles.
