This hand warmer works great and heats up quickly in just a few seconds. It has 3 heat settings which are selected using the power button. Holding the power button for 3 seconds turns the warmer on at the lowest heat level and each successive press of the power button increases the heat level and then returns to the lowest heat setting with another press of the power button. Holding the power button for 3 seconds will then turn the warmer off. I found the 1st heat setting to be warm enough for me at this time of year but I'll probably use the higher settings when the weather really turns cold this winter. The hand warmer provides enough heat to keep both hands warm when I put it in the front pocket of a pull-over hoodie (one of my favorite articles of clothing in the winter). The warmer seems to charge quickly and delivers heat for several hours. I haven't run it completely out of power yet but it seems to provide a constant heat level over a long period and doesn't fluctuate. The supplied charger cable can be plugged into any USB-A type charger or computer USB connector. There is a USB-C connector under a rubber cover to charge the unit and above it is a small light which is turned on using the button next to the power button. The light isn't very bright but good enough to assist in finding the right key, etc. On the opposite end is a small eyelet to attach the included lanyard if desired. The only thing I think could be improved is the size or color of the power switch and light switch. Both are very small and are side by side and are the same color. The labeling on the two buttons is too small to read easily so color coded buttons would make it a lot easier to identify which button is which. Other than that, the warmer works very well. It's a little more expensive than some of the other hand warmers so I'm only giving it 4 stars!

These are fantastic! I have used old-- handwarmers-- the ones you used to light and place in your pocket to keep warm, I have used the ones you shake to get them warm, and I have used electric gloves..... nothing adds up like these! They are really nice to grip your hands around and they feel like they are going to last and well made. You can program the warmer to 3 different heating temperatures. I left the warmer on-- on high and they lasted about 5-6 hours and then they started to cool down-- The high setting is super warm-- so I imagine that the lower the setting the longer the battery lasts. I am super pleased with the product, I wish they came in a box of two.

Last year I bought my first rechargeable hand warmer and I promised myself to get some more before the next winter. Now that it's upon us, I'm trying this one and overall I like it. It throws off a ton of heat in a unit that's barely bigger than an Airpod case. Both sides of it heat up so you can cup it in two hands to get the full effect. The buttons are very small, and it's easy to mix them up, especially in the dark. There's a small symbol engraved on each button, so I'm having to memorize that the heat button is the one on the side of the lanyard. The light could be useful for finding something you dropped in the snow, such as car keys. It's not bright but will light up a small area. The alarm isn't very loud, and I think in a real emergency it might be hard to find the tiny button and remember how to activate it. Those features aren't why I got this, so overall pretty happy. The battery lasts a few hours, not quite the 4.5 hours listed but certainly enough for most outdoor activities.

I don't want to share this mini hand warmer because it is so good. I have to buy a second one; I need one for each hand. The charging time is fairly quick. The range in heat levels is a good range. I like that it isn't black; it helps to find it much more easier.

This is a definite carry for the bag. Powerful enough light to bother using at least for small jobs or looking inside your bag in the dark. The heating is stellar with the highest setting being suitable for deep winter use. The alarm on the other hand is loud enough I'm sure but say if you were in a loud and crowded place this would be easily drowned out. The activation method for the alarm isn't quite as fast as a pull-tab but it is still decently fast.

I'm am severely affected by temperature changes. My hand get super cold very quickly. This is an excellent solution for when I visit cooler climates or for frigid nights. It is a nice palm size device, that recharges quickly, fits easily into your pocket and emits nice warmth. Great buy for all of those wintery cool days, no more shivering from or icy hands.

The charging was quick and easy. After charging, it lasted about 3 hours on full heat. I tried this on a slightly chilly day and while it did warm my hands, the warmth seemed to go in waves. It would be hot for a bit but then cool down to being barely warm. Overall it stayed warm enough to keep hands reasonably warm but on a really cold day, not sure it would be sufficient to warm hands. It's reasonably comfortable and the rubberized material is soft. It may be a little big for smaller hands or inside gloves but otherwise seemed comfortable.
