This is a terrific cover for my 2019 Honda 2.3 hp outboard. No lie, no bull, no exaggeration. Fits like a glove; heavy duty canvas material; large zipper; added buckle snap is nice too; totally covers outboard top to bottom. This is much better than described. I LOVE this cover!!! ONE POINT: both order specs and box it arrived in state cover is for 20” Honda. To the best of my knowledge that would be a fit for the long shaft Honda. I have a short shaft (16”) and even this cover fits snuggly in all aspects. I can not imagine the 16” cover would fit my short shaft. So just be aware of this sizing. It's very well made and fits perfect. Should last a long time and the zipper on it seems to be very strong. It's a really thick zipper. Very pleased with my purchase.
