This was very easy to assemble BUT, I did need to pull up a YouTube video to do so because no directions were included. One short video gave me all I needed to build in under 5 minutes. This walker is very heavy duty, solid, easy to move and push. The larger wheels are well made and the seat comfortable and slightly over-sized. I’m 5 ft 3 inches and have the walker on the second shortest configuration. Six taller possibilities are available so I’m sure individuals to 5’10” or slightly taller would be accommodated. The hand brakes work well and a simple push down on them locks the wheels for seat sitting without rolling. My only complaint is that it doesn’t fold easily for back seat car transport but fine for car trunk. Still this walker is a 10 out of 10 and far superior to others I have seen. I received my Oasis rollator yesterday and I am very happy with it. It is well made, sturdy and so easy to put together. I was worried I wouldn't be able to assemble it. No worries there as I had it done in less than 15 minutes. I love the color. It glides over surfaces with ease. The seat is comfortable. The brakes work great. Can't go wrong with purchasing this item. I feel safer using this walker. UPDATE April 2024. After owning this for only a year and a half the brakes have stopped working despite tightening up. No way to get a hold of customer service. I am not happy about this. Just be aware the brakes may fail. ... show more

    • Found the perfect rollator.
I have used a rollator since a car accident before 2000 and my old one finally bit the dust. One handle fell off and the brakes were shot anyway. I scrutinized a lot of rollators before selecting thisi one. I liked the cleanable handles, the strap back for sitting and the adjustments according to height. I am down to 5' high and even though information said for users 5-3 to 6-1, the seat was one of the lowest ones and I chose right. It is comfortable to sit in and I really like the storage under the seat. The wheels are large and rotate easily and the brakes really hold. One purchaser complained about the stiff brakes and sometimes I have to use two hands to release them but it stays put. I lucked out that the back strap was comfortable but honestly think all rollators should have an adjustable strap both for vertical and horizontal position because regardless of height, we are all shaped differently. I also LOVE the orange color. Usually the only choices are black, blue, red, and maybe silver. The orange and black are also my high school colors which has nothing to do with the value.     • Almost Perfect!
Bought for my Mom who is about 5'3" and around 200 lbs and very handicapped with claw toes from peripheral neuropathy and arthritis in her hands (sorry for TMI but in case it helps). She cannot stand without a walker at all. Pros: Easy to fold and stays folded, a huge plus for me who has to load it in the car! Much lighter than her previous Nova walker, so another thing I love, while still being super sturdy. Easy to assemble. She liked the orange color and design looks sporty, she gets lots of compliments on it. Her PT liked it and he is picky. The back strap for sitting is more comfortable than the normal padded bar that most walkers have. The seat is square and larger than the Nova. The brakes work great to lock in place and in general. Good maneuverablity. Fits fine through doors in house. Cons: The design is such that the handles move slightly, though this has turned out not to be problematic, my Mom was concerned at first, but they don't pose a problem. The lock in place which works so well is a little stiff and she has problems unlocking one side, she may be weaker in that hand, but it does take a little effort to unlock the brakes. The back wheels started squeaking. When I looked, found that the wheels had a lot of hair stuck in them from humans and cat. I will probably need to take apart to get out or cut, but hasn't caused a problem with function. Overall, I am so happy with this purchase, took me hours to research and finally took the plunge. Another Pro - they offer Free Return which many others don't so I figured it was worth the risk. Hope this review is helpful, I appreciated all the reviews that helped me decide. ... show more

    • Excellent Product, But Where is Customer Service?
I was unhappy with my previous rolling walkers because they did not have handles that were tall enough for a 6 footer or taller - you were limited by the number of holes in the handles and they did not allow me to extend the handles high enough. As a result i was always hunched over when I used the walker and it gave me shoulder pain. This product has not only more length flexibility built into the handles, but also you can make the entire walker taller by extending the legs! For a tall person this is a great product with greater adjustment options . My only bitch is that the entire User's Manual does not have any listing for customer service or warranty needs! None. They nicely give you a serial number and a model number, but no information whatsoever on how to reach them (apparently outside the U.S.A.) in the event you need assembly assistance or warranty assistance. Mine came with what appears to be an accessory which the Amazon.com lists as a "cane holder" but there is no explanation on where or how to attach it to the walker! Or how you fit your can into what looks like a small drink holder! Very strange. And of concern if the unit needs warranty repairs in the future. Amazon should demand that the manufacturer provide a U.S.-friendly method of contacting the maker for warranty work if needed. Other than that, it appears to be a sturdy, user-friendly walker that is a blessing for tall patients! ... show more

This device is built like a tank! It is so solid it's very easy to be comfortable sitting on it. It moves like a dream. I did have a problem with assembly, but Milka with customer service very quickly identified the problem and got a replacement part sent to me.
