Someone needs to assemble the item; however, when assembled it is very sturdy and is especially useful because it allows one to walk upright without bending over and also it supports your middle arms giving you more control in steering. Seniors need upright balance and most of the walkers are made so that the seniors back is not straight in natural position. This walker is one that permits one to stand in normal posture upright which is ergonomically beneficial to most every senior and does not reinforce hunch back positions that tend to occur in seniors with osteoporosis. I got this a few weeks ago as my normal walker was giving me back pain so I wanted to get one I could stand up to push. It’s easy to assemble (for the most part, I had a friend help,) and very sturdy. It can handle rough urban terrain like cracked sidewalks and potholes easily. Also it looks good! I’ve had lots of people ask me about it. After a day or two of having it, the zipper on the attached bag broke, but it has two zippers so I ignored it, but when the second zipper also broke, I contacted OasisSpace. Their representative Lamya was really efficient - they apologized for the bag being broken and after I emailed them photos of the broken zippers, they shipped a new one. The new one is working fine, and is really useful as it can hold groceries etc. It’s really meant I can get out and about a lot more, and it’s super comfy to push. ... show more

I purchased this for my daughter & while putting it together I realized one of the screws was stripped for the back support. I messaged the seller & they replied within 24hrs & shipped me a new screw after I sent them a picture of what I was talking about. Received the screw today and the back support is fixed. My daughter is 5’9 & has EDS so she sometimes needs mobility aids. She says she feels like she’s floating when she uses it so that’s a win for us. ... show more

It has been a year now, and then some, since I purchased this upright rollator walker, and I am even more impressed now, than when I first wrote my review. That is because I had an issue, past the warranty date, and yet the company came through with flying colors to solve my problem and then some. A few weeks ago the left arm rest split. I was able to get it functioning again with a good bit of super glue and duct tape. Then I noticed there was an e-mail address given on the product flyer that came with my OasisSpace rollator, so I thought, it can't hurt to try. So I wrote them, explained the product was out of warranty, but could I PURCHASE a replacement arm rest for the left side. They wrote back quickly, to reassure me they would be happy to solve this problem, and would be sending me a new arm rest, free of charge, and free shipping too. The package arrived on this past Saturday morning, and inside was not only the left arm rest piece, but also the right arm rest piece. So if/ or when the right one goes, I can replace that one too. Talk about surprised! I was over the moon. That is wonderful customer service by anyone's standards. So again, I would highly recommend this product. I have now logged many, many, many miles walking with my OasisSpace upright walker, and without it I cannot walk more than a few steps. It has made a huge change for the better, in my life. Given me more freedom, more confidence and more self-esteem as well. I am loving my new OasisSpace Upright Rollator. It arrived exactly when promised, packaged well, and assembled quickly and easily. Adjustments are easy to make too. Before this purchase, I was using the standard rollator, bent over and it was killing my shoulders and back. I was unable to walk for any more than 4 minutes, tops. Since my OasisSpace upright has arrived, I am now walking 1/2 mile every day and feeling better, stronger as well. I could never have managed this with my old rollator. I am so glad I purchased this wonderful product. I will try and remember to come back and update my review after a while and hopefully I will have even more good things to share, thanks to my new Oasis Space upright rollator. 8/27/20 - I have now owned my Oasis Space rollator for more than 6 weeks and I am more than happy with it. I have been out walking every single day (missed 2 days due to rain) since the day after it arrived. Before that I was unable to walk more than 4 minutes with my regular rollator. Now I am walking nearly 4/10ths a mile. I know that does not sound like much, but when you haven't really walked in YEARS, it's quite a lot. Two months ago I had breathing tests done. One of them required me to walk for 6 minutes wearing a pulse oximeter to see how my oxygen levels were holding up. I could not walk for 6 minutes. The best I could do was 4 minutes, and I was totally exhausted and had to sit down for several minutes to recuperate. Now I'm walking for at least 20 minutes. No, I do not and can not walk really fast, but I am up and outside in the fresh air every morning, and walking again. Something I've not been able to do for years.     • Assembly instructions poor.
No explanation of how to lock brake (had to find on internet). Right handbrake could not be secured with provided screw-kept sliding. Had to glue in place. No clear list of tiny parts and cane holder nor how to install.
