I found this brand through a NYmag.com article that rated them as the 'coolest sheets' on Amazon. After some further research on the sustainability of bamboo due to my personal desire to be eco-friendly in any way I can, I decided to give them a try. I have been using these sheets for a little over a week and already know these are the best I've ever owned. They are silky and luxurious, making it even more difficult to get out of bed in the morning; I just want to make metaphorical snow angels in them all day. I had no idea i was sleeping on garbage-pile sheets for so long! I have been constantly bragging to my colleagues about how much better my sleep experience has been since I bought these sheets. However, it was surprising how heavy the sheets were, but gratefully that did not translate once they were on the bed. These sheets seem to dissipate heat very quickly, which is important to me since I live in the Central Valley of California (hot!). In fact, I don't think I have once woken up once with any evidence of sweat. The only downside to my entire experience was their website, which is not a traditional retail website. On their page they only describe the warranty, the care, and their mission statement. After one night, I immediately wanted to find additional pillowcases so I could completely rid myself of garbage sheets, but I had no success. Their catalog is entirely on Amazon, which made it more difficult to look for specific items. But... The customer service is amazing! There is a link to their Facebook page on the website, which, I presume is the primary way to contact them. I wanted to buy additional pillow cases (because we sleep with more than two pillows), so I tried contacting them through their Facebook page. Their representative responded to a message within hours, who then sent two additional cases at no cost to me. I value customer service above all else and was completely flabbergasted at how well they treated me as a customer and how promptly they felt a response to my inquiry was needed. I genuinely hope this company is around for a long time and if they are, they just found a life-long customer. When these wear out (and they incredibly have a 5 year warranty) I will be buying another set. In fact, I will probably order another set, just to have a spare. I honestly feel sorta scammed buying these sheets. I am always on a quest to get better sleeping materials and my last sheets are wearing down so I thought I'd roll the dice on these. Prolly one of the worst purchases and value for the money I've made in the past few months. First off i was missing a 2nd pillow case. Nothing earth shattering I guess since I have another grey one, but crappy. Secondly after a mild wash in cold water, the beginning of the first night was solid, but by the end this thing is bunching so much I can't even move my legs without a huge swathe of material covering my foot. It's maddening. It's like the sides fit tight but the top bunches so bad It's almost like having a 3rd cover. Not to mention it is now pilling, so it feels like little BBs in your body. Do NOT buy this hunk of garbage. I honestly feel like they pay for these reviews, how can anyone wash this one time and not experience the same thing. If i didn't sleep on it already I would return it. ... show more

I bought these sheets about a year ago, and they've been sold out for months in the cirrus color that I wanted also. I have been checking back all the time trying to find them back in stock. I just ordered a new set this morning and can't wait for them to arrive. The set I have now have been incredible! They are my all time favorite sheets! In fact, they have held up great. I don't NEED a new set, but I really wanted to have a back up set. They still look brand new and are as soft or softer now than when I purchased them. I ordered the Oasis Fine Linens Vintage Linen sheets hoping they would be as awesome as the bamboo, but I was a little disapointed. I'm sure if I had bought the Vintage Linen sheets first, they wouldn't have suffered so much from comparison. My husband loves the Vintage Linen sheets for winter, says they're warm and cozy... which is one of the reasons I don't like them. I sleep extremely hot, and the bamboo can't be beat for keeping me cool. Can't wait for my new set of sheets to arrive! ... show more

My body has major issues staying cool at night. I don't typically sweat but I radiate heat. The sheets I had prior to these were from Target, 100% Egyptian cotton. I read that sheets made out of natural fibers such as cotton and bamboo are best at adapting to your body temperature, but these target sheets caused me to overheat every single night that I slept on them. I was at my wit's end. I was never sleeping enough at night because I was SO hot no matter how low I turned my AC or how many fans I had in my room. When I read the reviews for the Oasis sheets on Amazon I thought what do I have to lose? I overnight-ed them. That's how desperate I was. I'm so glad I bought them. They are dream and they help me fall asleep so that I actually can dream! They stay cool all night and are so soft, but not in a weird slippery way or a jersey knit way. They're everything I hoped they would be. I haven't washed them yet so I can't speak about the black dots that some customers experience, but I'm confident based on the 5 year warranty that Oasis would replace them if need be. Please never stop making these!! ... show more
