Do not buy!! First of all, the truck measures 10.5 inches in length not 20.1 as described. Secondly, the string is so cheap with the slightest amount of pressure it snaps. It also makes fire truck noises? Spend more and get a better one. I gave it to my son less than 24 hours ago, and the string has snapped four times. After tying it back together, there is hardly any slack left. He’s going to be very upset when I have to throw it out or it doesn’t work at all. ... show more

My son received this for his birthday and it was a hit. The truck is nicely detailed and he loves that you fill up the tank with the included rocks and spin it to have them come out the back. The doors on the truck open allowing you to look inside and if you press the steering wheel, the headlights light up and the truck makes sounds. There is also a button on the tank but for some reason when you push it, along with the engine sounds, there is a police siren sound. Not too big of a deal but it is kind of strange. This is a pretty neat construction vehicle toy truck. My 4.5 year old son loves any kind of truck and this Oanmyjjo toy certainly offers all the exciting factors. It has a moving boom and crane with crank, lights and sounds, doors that open and comes with plastic logs to use with the crane pulley system. I will say, that the advertised age of 3 might be a bit young. My son is no exception to rough toddler play with his toys and already broke off one of the support legs on this toy. The price seems about average for this type of toy. It has enough features, the size is decent and other than a few more delicate parts, it’s held up well to warrant a close to $40 price tag. Overall, I would recommend this Oanmyjjo metal crane toy with the advice to purchase for a higher aged toddler. ... show more

I ordered this for my truck-obsessed grandson and can’t wait to see him open this birthday gift tomorrow. I looked at the reviews before I ordered it and saw a complaint about the durability of the hoist string. So when I was preparing to gift-wrap this, I grabbed the hook (it’s accessible from the front of the open faced box) and lifted the entire thing up and shook it. No problems noted. Lights and sounds operate and I don’t want to open it up to see if there are any instructions. If it doesn’t work properly, I will update my review tomorrow after the party.
