I really like this sharps bin. It's easy to use and holds a lot. We use about 16 needles per week for allergy shots and this makes it simple, easy and safe to dispose of the needles. I was on the fence about ordering because I wondered if it was worth the price instead of just using a thick plastic container like an empty juice bottle or something. I'm glad I got this and would recommend it highly. There's no taking a lid off and on and even though it tipped over once when I was being careless, none of the needles fell out. I thought I'd have to replace it when it was full but we actually used an old plastic dog cone to funnel them into another container that we then disposed of. It was easier to do then expected. If you take the lid so the way off it opens and snaps back on really well. Oh, just don't lock the lid it to see how well it works, until you're ready to actually lock and dispose of it! Needed a sharps container for my autopens that our granddaughter couldn't just dump out. This one doesn't disappoint. Just drop it in the top and it drops in the container easily and really doesn't allow a hand inside. I'll buy this again when I need a replacement!.
