I swim for exercise, a consolation prize, at a city pool. Since I'm forgetful about sun tan lotion this helps. I think this is my third one and it is still in the packaging. So about four years ago I ordered an O'Neill in white and red, and a Speedo in navy. I liked the Speedo best but within six months it was a parachute or really a sea anchor I guess: Billowing out at the sleeves and the neck and worthless. Here's the strange part: the white O'Neill lasted about ten months but the red one went for about a year and a half???? Same chorine pool, same treatment. So now I just order red ones; go figure. I’m slim, and I wear a US men’s size small in most shirts. I ordered a medium rash guard, but exchanged it for a large. BOTH sizes hugged a bit too tightly. Getting an XL. I understand the fit is supposed to be tight, but this fit, for me, bordered on being too restrictive.

I'm 6'1" 170 and the large fits perfectly. A nice tight fit for minimal drag in the water. I have long arms and the sleeve length is perfect. Elastic holds up well. A great price too. Can't go wrong with this one.

The Rash-Guard arrived very quickly. At the beginning I was afraid of the size chart but most of the people said that the size as expected so I went for my regular "Large" size and fits great on the body and also have a good grip in the water.

I swim outside a lot and this really helps to keep the sun off and keeps me a little warmer in cooler months. May run a little snug. I'm 42 long and I fit a large well.
