It isnt irritating, smells good of course, and works well for my feet. I would say this isn't enough more for extreme cases of dry and peeling feet due to the ingredients not being the most intense. Also helps if you use a pumice bar on your feet in the shower and apply the lotion afterward before bed, it isn't greasy and dries quickly. ... show more

This product definitely does a good job of creating a moisture barrier and has softened my feet, but I feel it is a bit overpriced. That is how it lost one star. Because it's thick, you have to use a substantial amount to really coat your feet, so one tube won't last a tremendously long time, but you only have the feet you got, so why not pamper them? The moisture does stay in, so I think it's a good product and will alternate it with another less expensive product. A nurse told me she has used this company's products for years to keep her hands from becoming too chapped due to constant washing and sanitizing during her shifts at the hospital. I have had rough feet for a very long time…so rough that (I’m embarrassed to say) I actually wore a hole into one of my fitted bed sheets. (Don’t judge me.😆) I get a pedicure at the nail salon every two weeks. They would use the callus remover, and my feet would be nice and soft…for about twelve hours. By the next day, they’d be back to their rough selves. You would think I had a habit of walking on sandpaper or something. Nothing helped. Okay, well, Kerasal ointment helped a little, but I didn’t like the greasy feeling it left behind. Then I found O’Keefe’s exfoliating Healthy Feet (cue angels singing). After the first application, there was a definite difference. After a couple of weeks, I had no rough patches on my feet at all. I wish I had taken a before picture to show you, but trust me when I tell you that my feet haven’t been this smooth since I was 18 months old. I use it every night (and a small dollop goes a long way), and my calluses are gone. There is no greasiness — just smooth feet. If you try this stuff, you won’t be sorry.
