The color is a rich deep purple. I love the color, feel, and softness of the robe so much that I am going to buy one when I get home although I have another purple robe at home and others that I love. (I am leaving this one here for future visits with my daughter) I almost forgot. I have long arms and the sleeves fit. Also, the robe may run a little small. The purple robe is soft, plush and a beautiful dark plum color. It feels like a more expensive robe and looks like one too! Soft on the skin. Sizing is correct. Sleeves are a bit short, but I am tall. Overall, pleased with purchase and will buy again!
