The media could not be loaded. Do yourself A favor and do not mess around with anything other than a true line output converter. I’ve looked into some serious high-end equipment and this is by far the best Bank for the buck is to hook up easy to dial in and adjust. There is a specialty tool that I used to be able to reach a few of the switches as the supplied flathead screwdriver would not reach into the slot to adjust a couple things however, a sharp pick will suffice. I highly recommend that you obtain a ferrule crimping solution for easy hook up and best quality. The unit is so lightweight that instead of screwing it to the chassis, which I recommend you do not do. I just used self adhesive Velcro and stuck into the carpet with all the wires going under the carpet. It is very secure and should never move. So many ways to use this LOC. NVX has done it again. This unit was added to my 2021 KIA K5 GT so I could add aftermarket amps and speakers. Easy to install. The included Bass Knob is a nice touch. The KIA sounds as good as it looksnow!! The 4 gain controls allow you to easily tune the system.

    • This solved my alternator hum!!!

So if you are like me and have a newer vehicle and are frustrated chasing down and alternator hum in your audio system this could be the fix. I had been using a kicker passive LOC due to its high praise on YouTube for audio quality. Unfortunately for me it left me with an annoying alternator hum that I could not get rid no matter what I did and I spent weeks rerouting speaker and ground wires, returning & replacing loc's, returning and exchanging amp, buying multiple ground loop isolators. This LOC has a ISO ground option which they recommend to use when your head unit and your amplifier are not grounded to the same location. I wish they would advertise this feature as I think this would solve a lot of people's headaches trying to find a solution. Other than that I do have to mention that I had to return the first unit I received as it would not turn off even if a remote wire was not plugged in meaning there was some sort of internal short. The second unit I got worked flawlessly although I will say both units had their speaker terminal screws in super tight. I literally broke the screwdriver they provided trying to untighten them. Other than that it does what it's supposed to and I am extremely happy with the results. ... show more

Product does work but whoever packages these need to be fired! The box had an Amazon sticker closing it because it was open already. I opened the box and the plastic bag it was in was open too. I know how to hook this up but no instructions nor a bass knob.

I added a mono sub amp and a four channel main amp to my van. I tried Metra LOC's, to no avail. Then I tried Kicker LOC's, also a fail (they would actually send a high-level signal to the amps). Then I tried direct to the amps high inputs, also to no avail. Put this little box in place, switched the switches appropriately, and it sounds amazing! :) Less expensive than the bigger brands, but does the trick. No "bass restoration" which is fine, since you can't "put back" what you don't know what's missing. To me that's all mumbojumbo to begin with. ... show more

Received the unit and had to ger another. The converter works perfectly but no bass Knob as included with the package. Reached out to Amazon customer service and sent me another in no time flat. But guess what no bass Knob. So hopefully they have it correct by now and i don't have to spend another $50.00 bucks on bass Knobs but it happens. ... show more
