Positives: I love the water's movement in the background, which also covers minor flaws in the wall. I couldn't afford to remodel the bathroom, so I went for redecorating with paper, black paint and a cafe curtain. I'm 67, and I had no trouble putting up this paper by myself. I will say it helps that I have experience, but that was 30 years ago. You'll need a fresh blade in your Exacto knife, measuring tools, scissors, a chip clip and a pin to prick a couple missed air bubbles. I used the chip clip to hold the roll, as I was papering, until I was ready for more. Roll out 6-10 inches at a time and smooth from center to sides. I did this because when the paper adheres to itself, it doesn't want to let go (though it will if you are more determined than the paper). I did reposition a couple of times, but there was no problem with the paper stretching. Easy to do. Negative: The pattern for this paper has a 20-24" repeat. The weight of the paper is great, have used self sticking before. But the color which to me is a lavender, is a blue. Package color name is what I wanted, this does not look like that. Just be aware

I had decided against peel and stick wallpaper but the price was so good on this one that I figured I would give it a try. I don’t regret it. My walls do not have texture and they were previously painted with eggshell paint. The wallpaper stuck to it just fine. It’s been about one week with no peeling…even next to the shower. It’s definitely vinyl so it has a bit of a sheen which doesn’t bother me because it’s easy to clean in my bathroom. The hardest part to apply are inside corners where two walls meet. This is because it wants to stick to both walls at the same time. It may help to have another person hold it away from the second wall as you line up the piece on the first wall. I ordered six rolls and they all matched color just fine. The drop repeat makes the image more natural looking (you don’t get the same bird repeating horizontally every 20 inches). Just make sure you get enough paper because even though the repeat is 20.5 inches, you have to add another 10.25 inches at the top of the next piece to account for the drop. This can mean more waste depending on the height of your wall. Another reviewer recommended overlapping the seams a little so you don’t get gaps later. I may have gone a little overboard as you can see in the closeup photo. If you overlap you can’t get both the wing to match up and the feet of the other bird. It doesn’t bother me overall however.     • Slightly Tricky to Apply But Beautiful Result

I wallpapered my bathroom with this paper. It was a little tricky to apply at first but once I got the hang of this it went well. Be careful to apply slowly and I would advise buying a wallpaper smoother with this as it has a tendency to trap air bubbles more than other peel and stick paper I have used. It was also a little difficult to match the pattern up but since this was my first time wallpapering I wasn't expecting perfection and really like how it turned out. ... show more

This is way less messy than regular wallpaper. I put it up (with help from my husband) on a 10' x 6' wall, with a fireplace, that required (just barely) three rolls. It took about 2 hours to do from start to finish. I'm pretty happy with the wallpaper in general, it was easy to put up, just peel and stick, and easy to get bubbles out. The quality is also pretty nice, it has a soft vinyl finish. The only problem is that the print was slightly off on one of the rolls. I'm not entirely sure how it happened, but it was impossible to line up the picture properly. For example if I lined up the edge of the wing on one side, the beak that I was supposed to line up next was a half inch off, all the way down the roll. It was only a problem on 1/3 rolls, but it made me a little insane and a little annoyed that the picture didn't quite line up as it should. It's not super noticeable, however, and we faked it the best we could. I have this paper hanging in my bathroom, where it steams up, and so far, two months in, it is still sticking just fine and really made the wall pop. Overall, its a solid purchase. If you're picky, just be sure to check all of the rolls for accuracy before hanging it. If I had done so, I would have exchanged the one defective roll. ... show more

Gorgeous! I decided to use two different wallpapers from the same company in my bathroom. They are very different looking, but I think it turned out great! I’m going to be ordering even more different patterns from this company. This is the fourth time I have put up stick up wallpaper by myself. You really don’t need anyone to help you. Once you get the technique down, it’s easy. You just have to make sure it’s level at the top and then smooth it down and making sure that it’s straight the whole way. Because the patterns that I got were very busy, if I ran out of paper I could just patch it up with smaller pieces. I didn’t care so much about lining it up, but if you do it will take you more time. Probably worth it, but I didn’t want to deal with it. Then what I did was take some molding and take a piece of the opposite pattern paper and put it on the opposite wall. It’s hard to explain, just look at the photos! Anyway, I like this stuff. One tip is to take a clear thumbtack or a tack of a similar color of the paper and put it in each corner on every single roll. This way it will never come down. You could also cover the tack in a little bit of the paper, so it blends in. I will say that I had some much more expensive sticky wallpaper like this that was a tiny bit easier to put on, but not by much.
