My students like the sound quality. It's comfortable. This headset is reversible, so you can wear it on either ear. It's comfortable - not too tight, but stays secure in place. It's useful with nice features. The cord is long, and I like that it has the settings on the cord, so it's easy to use. It might matter to you that it feels a little overly flexible and could be sturdier, but that doesn't matter to me at all, because it's a great value, the best value that also does just what I need. The headset is okay! Callers can hear me well and I can hear them but, the headset is not comfortable. I do have a fat face and I’m constantly having to adjust my mic to not just sit on my face if that makes sense. I like a mic that sits off of my face and this does not.

I bought this headset because I needed a new one for work. This headset has great sound and mic quality. This set was easy to connect to my computer and I loved the volume control button. My favorite part is the noice cancellation which is important for my job and overall the performance is great. My only dislike is the comfort of the product. This headset likes to move around and slip off my head. Sometimes putting my hair back will help and adjusting the tightness of the actual head part but it is a flaw in this product. ... show more
