Order this headset a month ago and I have to say it’s probably better than some of the major name brands out there. It’s comfortable and light weight despite on how bulky it looks! Speaking of, I’ve dropped them twice now and I have to say they’re pretty durable. The design is BEAUTIFUL, it works, it’s functional above all else and matches the aesthetic of my PS5. Sound quality is great as well and this headset is near noise canceling which was a great surprise! Lastly, the mic is amazing! I'm using this for work as I wanted something over my ears, and not on them and have the ability to walk around without dragging my computer everywhere. Mic works with no issues, lasts all day and very easy to connect. It's light enough so it doesn't hurt my ears or head. A charge on it lasts me a 10 hr or longer shift, often I forget to charge it after 3-4 days and it has still never died. It takes about an hour or so to charge. The cords are a bit short, so I wouldn't recommend using the wired connection. I just wish it was a tad louder. Other than that this is an awesome headset! ... show more

These are just like any gaming headsets you’d buy at GameStop. Has a nice design and works just as expected. Sounds is very good and the control on the headset are great. The only issue I’ve dealt with it is that they are kinda tight on my head. It’s very tolerable. I would after wearing them for like 30min straight, it starts to bother my ear. the headphones are definitely worth the price, they're big enough for my ears to fit nice and snug, and the battery truly does last as long as they say! i bought these a month ago, and i literally haven't charged them at all and they are still on high battery (it does turn off when they aren't being used, BUT i do tend to listen to white noise all night long). i've tested the mic and i'll say that it only works on calls, not when recording your voice (in my experience). the audio is not that bad, but obviously not as good as an actual professional microphone. i only ever use the headset wireless, so i cannot say much about the wire or usb provided. this is definitely a purchase i don't regret. ... show more

    • Refuses to stay connected

When these work, they work pretty well. They block out background noise, the padding is soft enough and covers the entire ear, and they are fairly lightweight, as well. The problem is, mine just won't stay connected to anything very well. I mainly got them to listen to work meetings on my computer without a wire, so that I could move about my office and do other tasks. And while the headset found and connected to the computer quite readily, about 2 mins into the first call, the sound just dropped off. I made sure nothing else was trying to pair with them, then disconnected and reconnected them, and about 90 seconds later, the sound cuts off. They were fully charged and I was still sitting in front of my computer, not 2-3 feet away, so it wasn't a distance or obstacle issue. I reconnected and 3 or 4 minutes later, same thing. I tapped them with my fingers a few times and it cut back on, but for the next 30 mins it was just randomly cutting in and out over and over. I put them in a drawer and forgot about them, finding them a few months later and trying again with the same results. I then tried them with other devices, like my phone, and same thing. I feel they are probably pretty good when they work and I should have exchanged them immediately, but they're still sitting around gathering dust, now. I've tried a few more times, but it never gets any better. A real shame, too because as I said, I do like the feel and sound quality when it is working. ... show more
