I took green tea years ago when I started to work out heavily and really saw a difference not only in weight but also energy and not getting sick as much. So many things can weaken our immune systems...physical stress,mental etc Green Tea is one of those herbs that really does do a lot health wise.     • These really helped me cut back on soda!
I got these to try to boost energy. I used to drink at least one soda a day to wake up because I don't like coffee or any caffeinated teas. I've been trying to reduce my soda consumption for months now, but since I didn't really have a caffeine replacement, days without that sweet sweet Dr Pepper were horrible. The first day I took these pills, I took only one in the morning, and by 2 in the afternoon, I hadn't even thought about drinking a soda. I couldn't believe it. The next day, I tried two pills, and I was awake and alert until 7 pm! I am now down to one soda a week (by choice, not because I need it), and it was so easy to cut back on it with these, and it also happened so fast and there were no adjustment periods. I would recommend that you take it with food, at least to start, because it gave me a stomach ache when I took it without. ... show more

I have fibromyalgia & one of these every morning gives me just a little bit more energy throughout the day. I mean nothing helps a ton, but I can definitely tell a difference taking this. No weight loss but I've read it's dangerous to take too much.

I started taking two a day, everyday, and after about two weeks I noticed my appetite wasn’t nearly as big as it usually is. It curbs my midday hunger when I take it around lunch time. I’m overeating significantly less so I’m happy.

Small capsules, easy to swallow, and with a good sized dose (the recommended daily dose of green tea extract is 250–500mg per day). This saves me from drinking 3-5 cups of green tea per day(though I still frequently drink it!) I didn't notice any major changes while taking these but the benefits aren't something you should expect to notice in a substantial way. They help in conjunction with other factors. Some people seem to think that taking green tea extract is a magical energy booster and weight loss supplement but that's just not the case. ... show more

I've only been taking them for 2 days and already notice the difference in regards to energy, I usually drink a ton of soda throughout the day for energy and also contribute to my weight gain which is the other reason I got this product. Obviously it's too soon to tell if it will aid in weight loss BUT due to the fact that it gave me lasting energy throughout the day I cut back more than half of my soda intake and felt amazing. No funny taste/aftertaste and easy to swallow for capsules. I definitely will be getting more of these. Only suggestion is take early in the day and wait before drinking caffeine. ... show more

This green tea gets me jacked up! I get a four hour boost of energy and feel like my metabolism has increased. I feel a little on edge, but maybe I need to get use to it.
