If it doesn’t get better, this is most definitely NOT a medium firm mattress. This is way too soft. Going to hurt my back even more than the last one I had. Have only had it out for about 3 hours but the last bed in a box I purchased did its thing instantly almost. This is very disappointing at the moment 3 days in…..one side is at full capacity and very firm. Very happy with this side. The other side is more firm than 2 days ago but still not the same as the other side. Not sure why or how that works out but, much better. If you sleep on your stomach any, this mattress is for you because no back pain after stomach sleeping for longer than anticipated. The mattress arrived in very good vacuumed sealed packaging & no damages whatsoever. Quite heavy while still rolled up, so be mindful if trying to handle on your own. As soon you begin unpacking the mattress from the plastic it starts coming to form. Now this is where the disappointment began. I’ve waited the 72 hours as instructed to fully expand, however, it did not meet the 12inch expectation in which I paid for! That’s very upsetting because you’re paying extra money for an extra 2 inch, only to be let down. I’ve seen several reviews stating the same thing, but I was hoping mines wouldn’t be that case.. but it was. There is a price difference in the 10 inch mattress and the 12 inch mattress, so I feel cheated in that aspect. I will now have to spend additional money just to get a 2inch topper just to get the full 12inch effect for my bed frame. Also, there’s corners that doesn’t fully form even after 72 hours. In the comfortability portion of it, the mattress is very firm. You cannot feel when someone else is moving around which is perfect if you’re a light sleeper like myself. You sink instantly into a cloud of comfort. This bed came in a box. I was a little skeptical but it was actually pretty easy to get set up on my small home. I emptied the box in the bed room and unrolled the bed on top of my platform. Ripped the compressed bag open and remove. The bed begin to take shape the minute I opened it. To reach its full size took about 5 hours for me. The quality of this mattress is actually very nice for the price we paid. I’m thinking of getting a second one for the spare guest bedroom. So far I’ve had some pretty good nights rest.
