I was a little disappointed because the mattress I received didn't end up getting to the correct length. I ordered a twin XL and it only expanded to about 77.5" instead of 80" leaving a big gap on the frame which worries me bc it's for my toddler, however for it's price range it is a great bed and super comfy. And the reason I'm still giving it a 5 star is because the customer service is amazing! They wanted me to wait the full 72 hours to make sure it was definitely faulty and once we reached that mark, they offered a full refund with no obligations to return. Just got the mattress today, set it on frame and let it expand. I really like it so far but tonight will be the sleep test run. It's really soft like I'm laying on a 3 inch think layer of cloud but the springs underneath are firm enough that I don't sag in like on my 8 year old all memory foam mattress. I think the old mattress was exacerbating my SI joint pain in my lower back and hip. This new mattress with memory foam and springs has much better support and my back feels like it's being kept in good alignment with no pressure points or springs poking me. I'm male 39 years old, 6'0 tall and 190 lbs. Depending on your weight it may feel too soft if you are very large or too stiff if you are very small and light. ... show more

When I received this mattress, I couldn’t wait to open it. It really surprised me. It bounced open at an amazing speed until it was fully opened. I thought I would need to wait two or three days for it to fully open and reach equilibrium, but to the naked eye there was no need to do this, so I decided to do it that day. Just took off my daughter's old mattress and replaced it with a new one tonight! I deliberately lay down on it and tried it. The softness and hardness were just right, and I was quite satisfied. This mattress is amazing! We took it out of the box and opened it up and so far I haven't noticed any chemical smell and it's growing rapidly. The mattress comes in plastic shrink wrap and once you open the package it starts to expand. My mattress inflated immediately so I could sleep on it the first night. As the name suggests, this mattress is inflatable up to 10 inches and is firm yet soft enough to cushion your body. I never have been a big fan of memory foam because it tends to cause you to sink in, but this bed has been so comfortable the packaging says that you have to wat 3 days for it to rise, but i got the 12 inch mattress and once it was opened it was pretty much the proper height. This is my first order of a not-well known brand soft mattress. Here are the comments: 1. The quality is good. I have some concerns because of this mattress is packaged by compressing and rolling it up. never see this before (I have Simmons and Sealy mattress). However, after I set it up. no different I can see compare with my other mattresses. 2. This mattress is compatible with adjustable bed frames as you can see in the photos. 3. The top layer of the mattress is delightfully soft, providing a cloud-like sensation as I lay down (very little of sink feeling). The balance between plush comfort and firm support is just perfect. The springs underneath offer excellent support to my body, ensuring that I wake up feeling refreshed and without any aches or stiffness. This is a personal feeling, because the people with different body weight definitely will feel different. I think this mattress is great for the people with normal BMI. 4. If you want to know the relatively real feeling about this mattress, I think you could try the beauty rest Plush Pillow Top mattress. It is similar with some difference.
