I bought these for my 9 year old son for an upcoming trip to the snow. We checked fit and put them away until our trip. Today was the day, so we got him all dressed and headed out. First and foremost, his feet stayed dry. However, after a day of playing in the snow I noticed he had something coming off the sole. It appears the soles tread is made of fabric?!!! I bought these for my little 18 month old for the first time on the snow. I was kind of scared how a little guy with a little foot who barely learned how to walk would wear ski boots but these were a hit! Lightweight, very warm, no leaks ( I bought him the heavy ski socks just in case) - he did not fuss when I was putting them on, did not fuss about wearing them. I cannot really say whether one could walk in these all day as my little one can't walk in anything all day - but from how easy it was to put them on, and take them off I am certain he had no issues with them. ... show more

Bought these for my twins to go to the snow. They worked wonderfully. Kept toes dry and warm. They are lightweight for snow boots and so it wasn’t a hardship for the boys to wear along with the rest of the snow gear.

I ordered these for my sons, and they are great. Sometimes when you order online, the sizes are hard to gauge. But, they fit my kids perfectly. They definitely kept my kids' feet dry - protected from the snow, and then from the wet puddles/mush. The price is good too, because as with growing kids, you don't want to have to spend a lot of money since their feet will grow by the next winter season. Just perfect! My little boy is 3?and wear a size 9 or 10 in toddler in his regular shoes. I did measure his foot according to the size chailrt and it was a perfect fit. We walked around in about 5” + of snow and his feet stayed warm and dry. The next day we went hiking and he walked over a mile in them and they were perfect and kept him from slipping on melting ice. I ordered two pairs of these for my 4 and 6 year olds for an upcoming show trip. Not only do they fit great and (according to the kids) are pretty easy to walk in, but they keep all moisture and snow out and even have a drawstring around the ankle. These are really great boots. Bought a similar looking pair at a big box store a few years back and the shaft of those sagged and did not stay upright. These have structure, are well made and warm. They have a highly reflective strip running up the back for safety that I didn't notice in the description but was a pleasant surprise since, in the north, the boys will be walking to the bus in the dark some mornings.
