Overall a cool looking cover. Went duck hunting with it and my friends all thought it was cool, especially when I told them the price. As some of the other reviews noted, the hat is small, but I have a small head so it fits me fine. However, after hunting I checked it with a blacklight and the hat and mesh under the leaves glow pretty bright. Many of the animals you would hunt with this can see UV light, so your head will glow brightly to them. If you are using this for paintball or something similar then it isn't a concern, but for hunting I would steer clear (We got zero ducks the day I wore it, but to be fair there weren't many flying.) ... show more

    • Almost perfect but..
Solid product and really like how long it’s lasted me. Bought it a couple months ago for airsoft matches which I go to almost every weekend and it’s still perfectly fine. Reason I gave it 4 stars is the small strip of material between the eyes that seperates the eyeholes actually was a bit of a pain (at least for airsoft goggles. I ended up cutting that out and now I just stick my goggles wholly through the front. But again that’s only if you need goggles, if you get this for hunting OR if you have slim goggles you might not have to do this. ... show more

Excellent product does not impair hearing and fits snug enough that the face mask doesn’t tickle your face and moves with you but loose enough that you feel NO restrictions. The only reason it didn’t get five stars is the lack of a mouth hole for using calls. I have used this for a whole season of turkey hunting and half a season of deer now. It washes well and maintains the hat brim shape. I ordered a second one and cut my own mouth hole. Great product I strongly recommend it seems pricey at first but for a hat and headnet it’s really not if you compare the cost. ... show more

Was wearing this headgear and camo suit and by north mountain in a ladder tree stand when a red tale hawk landed on a limb next to me approximately 8 feet away. He looked at me for about 30 seconds and didn't know I was there until I started blinking my eyes, Then he took off. It was a wonderful experience and definitely great camo. ... show more

I bought one of these for myself, and two for my elementary school-age sons. The quality certainly seems reasonable - I'll have to see how it holds up. And I appreciate how easy it is to hide my face, which would otherwise be the most visible part of myself on a stand. But probably the most important advantage something like this has is that it keeps the mosquitos off, without needing to worry about bug spray or similar things that advertise "Human in the woods" to every creature within half a mile. ... show more

This is perfect for still hunting. The eye holes are great due to their being non-obstructive for your eyes and you can look all around. The ball cap is super adjustable so you can wear it over heavier gear for winter.

    • Much better than expected, better than the camo hood w/o hat brim
I was unsure about this but was pleasantly surprised how much I like it better than a regular camo hood w/o a hat brim. This one holds the netting off your face, gives sun protection, and is overall good quality. I'll order again.
