There is discoloring and something black on one of the legs. It would not come off with soap or alcohol. Additionally, I’m missing instructions beyond the point that you see assembled and I think some screws are missing. This is a great table. It had easy to follow instructions to put it together. When you first open the package it might seem a little intimidating looking at the bag of parts but don't worry, it's pretty easy. The end result is very sturdy and good quality for the money and the height is perfect. The extra storage is great for my laptop and books. The actual product is fine. Not super sturdy, but not in danger of falling apart. But the company sent the wrong color. I ordered wood colored one and I got black. Because of where I live and physical restraints I couldn’t return it. So I am just stuck with black.

It does not really give any dimensions in the ad, so it is kind of a guess. The spring tension on the table is too strong and instead of the top lifting up, it tries to tip the entire thing over.
