The first Switch I received had a small issue with the right controller. I asked customer service for a controller replacement, and they sent me another Switch (not just the controller). This second item was still logged into a random person’s account and had their games installed. After I factory reset the item, this went away. However, this Switch was also defective. The right controller did not charge when connected to the console. Neither of the controllers worked while detached. Eventually, the charger would die and be entirely unusable since the console was incapable of charging it. I would never recommend buying a renewed item from this seller. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We bought this gift for our kid and he loves it! He’s only 8 years old so we decided to get him something that’s value for our money! It’s been a great way to kill time after homework and chores!
