I've had the switch lite for almost a year already and was definitely worth the $30 or so savings to get renewed. Used to play a lot of SNES as a kid before going to PC gaming into my adult life and when I saw trailers for tears of the kingdom I had to buy the switch to play games on my commute to and from the city. My only regret is not getting the regular switch or OLED version so I could play on the big screen on the rare occasion I feel like gaming at home. Now the switch 2 is rumored to be coming out soon so I think I'll wait for that to play on the big screen! ... show more

I waited about a month for this and the left analog stick already makes spring noise where it sounds like it’s gonna burst eventually , when I move it and the selecting games and playing games is pretty laggy. The package didn’t come with a bubble wrap to protect the product they just put a paper brown bag , the box was just sliding around basically. They refused to give me a replacement. ... show more

I got this for my 10 year old for his birthday and straight A's all year long. He loves it, but the charger doesn't work. At first, I thought it might be the charging port on the device. But the charger didn't work for my nephew's switch either. A different charger worked on our device. I contacted Amazon for a replacement charger, but they could only do a full refund, and I would have to purchase it again. My son was fine when I told him, that the replacement device had already been ordered. He was growing attached to this device. I could have kept it and purchased another charger, but I don't believe that I should have to buy a new charger for a device that I paid good money for.
