Anytime I purchase a purse from Amazon, the first thing I do is look at the stitching and for any anomalies with the products. I have purchased several Nine West purses from Amazon over the years, and in recent months, I've returned about 3 purses due to poor workmanship. Not sure what has happened with 9W Nine West quality. I use to rave about them. This is the 5th different style 9W handbag I've ordered and have been completely disappointed and having to return another one. The bag comes with 2 hand straps and they are true hand straps small handles. The shoulder strap for the bag is thin and won't hold up to daily use. There is not a separate ring for attaching the shoulder strap so you hook it to the ring that holds the hand straps which causes the purse to sit at an angle and awkward. The lining looks and feels cheap. The worst thing is the zipper it's very cheap and has a defect right in the center. It's time to look at other brands. Disappointing ... show more
