Description

Nina Ricci presents L'Extase, a new fragrance in 2015, inspired by a woman's erotic fantasies. This fragrance represents the new, third pillar of the house when it comes to perfumes. This floral, musky and oriental composition is created by the famous perfumer Francis Kurkdjian. The composition is made of two kinds of accords; the first one consisting of white petals, rose and pink pepper, while the other is more sensual and warm with Siamese benzoin, Virginian cedar, musk and amber.

L'Extase by Nina Ricci, or in English, "Ecstasy" is a beautifully designed value fragrance, top to bottom. The Nina Ricci house is renowned for its strong femininity and L'Extase is a perfect, darker and more sensual extension of that branding. I was already a huge fan of the sweet/fruity blend of the house's titular fragrance "Nina" for many years, but the fact that Francis Kurkdjian was the perfumer behind this scent (famous for "Baccarat Rouge 540", "Amyris Femme", "Burberry Her", etc.) -- in addition to the fact that this was an under $50 steal -- turned my head to the point that I purchased as a blind buy. I'm a huge gourmand enthusiast, and this amber/floral blend did not disappoint! Love peppery opening followed by the jammy raspberry heart and creaminess of caramel and vanilla upon dry down. Great projection, solid longevity (especially for the price point). Superb cozy/sensual scent for a date night in spring/summer but can also garner more multi-use in cooler weather. ... show more

i didn’t like the scent very much. there’s something in there that smells like the arabic house spray 😭 (no offense to those who like that) it’s just not up to my taste. if you like something super strong that lingers forever and ever this is da 1 4 u🫶🏼

I have been waiting for this parfum for awhile since I've heard great things about it. I sprayed it on and was very pleased with the scent. I was a little leary ordering parfum off of Amazon not knowing if it would be real of not but like I said I was very impressed with the scent. Not to impressed with the packaging looked a little leary but hey the contents of the bottle out weigh the way the packaging looks. I sprayed it on yesterday and still smell it a little on my sweater this morning. I only gave it 4 stars because of the packaging and the way the bottle looks.
