I'm very happy with the Nileole 2 Decks Automatic Card Shuffler. It's not quiet, but not nearly as noisy as I expected from other reviews. I got the one with the USB and haven't bothered with batteries. It comes with a short USB-C cord. I use an old cell phone non-fast charging plug and my own long USB-C cord to reach the table more easily. I've had two poker nights, running the machine about 150 times each night. Each run through the machine is the equivalent of one riffle shuffle. To thoroughly shuffle the deck, I run it through the machine 3 times with some overhand shuffles in between. If your cards are dirty or getting bent, it could cause them to not run through the machine as well. ... show more

Just barely handles 2 decks of cards quickly, but the noise level is rather high. Alternates left and right decks and did a fair job at shuffling, but the build is flimsy and the pull out draw is not very sturdy. Other card players complained of the noise. The 2 Canasta decks do fit, but occasionally the slick plastic card fell off the shuffle shelf. from the vibration. It does an almost too good a job shuffling with an almost perfect A B A B A B mix every time. Which means unless you hand shuffle a few times in between running it through the machine, it won't actually be randomized. I got the rechargeable version which does not come with a removable battery or an off switch of any kind. This makes transporting it a mild pain as anything bumping the orange lever on the bottom will cause it to go off and grind against anything it's stored beside. We are senior citizens and just love this card shuffler. It is very easy to use , and does a very good job shuffling the cards. We also love that it can be used with a usb port that is included or three double A batteries.

Okay, the little machine is made of plastic, so you can't throw it around and expect it to last, but it does the job of shuffling 6 decks of cards well. In my opinion, you need to run the cards through a few times and cut the deck to mix up the shuffle each time to get a really good shuffle. Pros: Inexpensive and does as advertised. Cons: Occasionally, a card or two will slip off of the stack when it shuffles, but you just have to return them to the pile. It is a bit loud when running, but not horrible and it's only for a few seconds. Note: If you are looking for a Vegas style machine that will shuffle and cut automatically, this is not for you. This requires you to manually put the cards into two piles for each shuffle. We use it for Hand and Foot, so we want to mix up all the previous bunches of alike cards really well before playing again. I cut the deck into quarters before each shuffle and mix up the order of the quarters. I shuffle about 7 times. Works great. ... show more
