It washes easily and I just cover the adhesive with squares of wax paper between uses, since the original plastic tore when I first opened it. I’ve owned this bra for 4-5 months and I wear it relatively often on weekends. It is just now starting to lose some of the adhesion but that’s extremely long lasting for this sort of product. I do take care of it and ensure to always put the plastic protectors back on the sticky side before putting it away. If you follow the instructions about placing each piece as far apart as possible and also angle them down for the “scoop” effect before connecting the center, this thing is amazing. Love the results. I am a 32DD/34D and I purchased a medium which is already too small according to the size chart, but next time I’m going to size down again actually and do small. I recommend sizing down always in these types of bras. The smaller the bra, the more tightly it will squeeze the girls together! The fit was good, they stayed in place, felt very natural, didn't slip or slide even doing sweaty housework. I wore them to the pool, but didn't get wet so I cannot comment on how they would be in water. They are pretty sticky, so I took my time peeling them off. These are the second set purchasing; I love them, note if you want more if your breast covered go up on sizes, my first set was D cup, this time I purchased. The first pic is (F)size**** the second pic is size (E). The E- to me fit like my Dcup… I like the F cup better, I would like more coverage so I will go up to the next size, hope this helps..
