  • Good product
It fits my hawk 250, it doesn’t match up exactly but there was no drilling or filing needed, all I did was screw one side in and use a hammer to bend the other side out a little bit and it fit perfectly. A few light taps with the hammer and everything screws right into place, I see a lot of people who are either filing the hole to make it bigger or just completely removing the other spot it plugs into, but it’s not needed it was much easier and it was an easy installation and I also know that a lot of people say that they don’t really see much of a difference but I had a lot of issues my bike does not like to start in the cold and it still doesn’t but it does start a lot better, and you also don’t need to change the spark plug boot because the iridium’s are already a non-resistor spark plug, so I find it easier to buy that then to have to buy the yellow nibbi and change the boot, so like I said a good product and if needed I would purchase again and I recommend it Good product ... show more

  • Worked great
First off I installed this into a CSC TT-250 which has a Honda CG250 clone motor in it. As for the coil, it is of great quality and noticeably an upgrade from stock. It is noticeably larger in diameter so an addition of a washer between it and the mounting bracket was all that was needed to mount it to the bike. I do want to be clear however, I purchased mine with the intention to modify it which I did. I wanted to run a E3 plug (yes that E3 plug people think are gimmicky, they do work if you know what you're doing!) which is a resistor plug and an after market coil (this aftermarket coil) without over working the CDI. So I cut the wire with resistor cap off, installed a MSD 8.5mm wire, terminal, and cap w/o resistor and installed it using the E3 plug. Electrical connection was a breeze, the stock coil had one pig tail to power and used a chassis ground. So on this coil I just had to make a jumper wire from chassis ground to the negative pig tail on the coil. Bike fired right up and on its first test ride damn did I notice the extra torque. So I cheated I had two other things apart from the coil but it still did its job supplying the voltage. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of upgrading their Ignition system. Great coil. ... show more

Pictures do no justice. OEM cois sit inside a rubber boot. I just pulled the boot off. Unplugged the wires. Plugged into new coils. Found a couple of bolts small enough to fit through new coils mounting holes. And bolted 1 side to where the rubber boot slid on to the OEM bracket. New coils seem to be better quality than OEM. Haven't taken it for a test ride yet. But so far for the price I'm very impressed and pleased. Reason for new coils. Been fighting fouling plugs for awhile. Took it to a shop had the fuel system cleaned, carb rebuilt and tuned, valves adjusted, new plugs, fresh oil change, new air filter, new tires and inner tubes $700 later. Couple days later finally got a chance to take it for a test ride. Started bogging down and missing under load. Got it back home pulled plugs they still fouling. Called the shop spoke with them. We determined its in the ignition system. We believe once the coils start warming up. They start braking down. Making it miss fire. Witch in return is fouling the plugs. I never thought about it being in the ignition system before. I was the 1 that told the shop everything I wanted done. On the up side before the bike wouldn't get over 45mph. After shop I was able to get it up to 70&75mph. Until it started bogging down and missing that is. So hopefully coils fix it. If not only 2 other things it can be. Generator/stator pulser coil, or CDI. I'll probably still end up replacing them as well. Wether the coils fixes it or not. My 15 yo daughters bike not mine. This is the first time I've actually attempted to take for a ride more than just playing around in the yard on it. So first time I really paid attention to symptoms 🤦 for now on I'll be taking it for a test ride when stuff comes up. ... show more

  • Does not fit XPRO BD125
This item arrived in great shape, appears to be good quality however it does not work out for the Xpro BD125-10, after doing some research this is recommended how ever it does not fit the bike with out other modifications.

  • It worked!
I thought this wouldn’t fit my Chinese motorbike but it freaking did. I was amazed and now my bike turns on like nothing ever happened. I will definitely buy again.
