If I am being honest, this is not the best headset I own, nor is it the greatest at any particular thing. Why did I give it 5 stars then? I only paid $29 and at that price, this beats just about everything. The call quality is good, not the best, but nothing to be upset with. The battery/case works as you'd expect and is a nice feature. The mic, once again, isn't the best sounding but its no where close to horrible. This is the theme of the headset. It's not horrible, its actually really good. I did get a laugh out of the device though, mainly with its "voice prompts". It's spoken in English, but has a Asian accent to it. Nothing wrong with that, just wasn't expecting it. Comfort is okay, you get used to wearing it quickly. Style is good, considering how inexpensive it is. Range is okay, I'm able to use the headset on my office floor. Once I travel a floor up or down, the signal just takes a nose dive in a quick hurry. I guess the question is, would I buy it or recommend it to anyone knowing what I know now? Depends on your needs, but if you need an inexpensive bluetooth headset with no features, this might be your bag. If you need encryption, or certifications, or basically anything security related, I probably wouldn't recommend this headset. ... show more

I bought this when my trusty 7-year old Plantronics headset (Explorer 50) bit the dust, and as much as I loved that headset I have to say this new one is a big upgrade. I think my favorite feature is the charging case, as long as I put it back in the case when I'm done it's always ready to go. All I need to do is plug the case in every few days to charge it back up, the headset doesn't even need to be in it. Another big upgrade is the range, my last headset I could go maybe over to the next room and be fine, but with this headset I can go anywhere in my house (even 2 floors away) and still have clear headset reception. Audio quality is great on both sides, so no complaints there. Finally, the reason I'm writing this review is that a few months into owning this headset, I had an issue with my headset volume (I don't think it's an issue with the headset overall, just the one I got, these things happen). I just asked for advice on how to possibly fix it, and Lanfy replaced it no questions asked. I wasn't even asking for that! 5-star customer service. I bought this item during the middle of April 2024 and 3 months later in July, the audio quality became so low to the point that I can barely hear a person's voice or the phone ringing. The 2nd week I had it, the ear clip part broke somehow so I had to use nail glue and tape. I bought this for my job because I work from home and make phone calls. I don't like the headphones/headset that goes over the head so I started researching an alternative that would allow mobility and is wireless and I found this. The battery doesn't last more than 8 hours because when you have a person on the line/while you're talking to someone, it drains the battery ALOT. The battery doesn't drain much when you're using the earpiece to listen to a video though. 2 hours later it would still be on 90%. I could have used my $30 to buy a pair of regular earphones and it would have worked a lot better and lasted a lot longer. This is a good example of why I usually avoid buying cheap electronics. Also the rubber part kept coming off of the earpiece and getting stuck in my ear anytime I would take the device out. Changing the size would not have helped because the others were too small for my ear. The charging case is nice and good for travel, it's lightweight and I like the LED display. The device does connect to 2 devices at once which is a cool feature and one that is new to me. I won't know until Monday... But the noise from the truck and hitting bumps and what not... Anyone who calls can hear it on my other headset. I will update my review. But the packaging was really nice. It looks exactly like photoed. Fits really snug and comfortable in my ear. The value seems great to me.. Especially with the discount. It connected very easily.. Quality very sturdy.. As far as the functionality... we'll have to wait until I go back on the road Monday. That will determine it all. 4 stars for now. Tah tah Edit.. It works ok.
