This propeller is as effective as its motor(it is very effective). The only complaint I can make is that it eventually popped off after three trips of rough treatment(I fish in a shallow lake, meaning I ran aground a few times and banged against some rocks) forcing me to order a new one. It does its job well, is easy to install, and arrives in a timely fashion. Just be warned: it is not sturdy enough to sustain continuous damage. ... show more

the unit will work well. i purchased it to have on hand in case the original propeller failed. i had a clearance issue with my rudder and nicked the blades of the original propeller and so wanted a spare. the original propeller was not badly damaged and is still in use.
