I love the double strap velcro closure. The back is more flexible than it should be if you have a really bad back, it's not going to be beneficial. I like how it fits a large area on my back but it’s lightweight and comfortable. I work outside lifting so this will work well and not be cumbersome to use every day and I like that you can adjust it for maximum support. I am very satisfied with this back support.

This back brace helps with support and is breathable. It fits well and can be adjusted well. The velcro is a little on the lighter side so I'm not sure how long it will hold up especial if you get anything on that part. Moving around in it is easy and isn't bothersome when sitting although certain movements can make it slide up some if your waste is smaller than your hips but that wasn't often and is the case with most braces. ... show more
