Very heavy material, and the 3x was definitely nice and big. I have a hard time finding ones that fit my VTX100S very well, and this one is definitely the largest one I have been able to get. The material is very heavy and the stitching appears very well done. My only complaint is the aluminum eyelets in the back. I have scratched my rear fender with those before as one end or the other has to go on first, and that leaves you at risk of dragging the aluminum eyelets over one fender or the other. Wish it only had eyelets on one end, but just means I have to watch what I am doing. Nice to have three straps along the bottom to hold it to the bike. ... show more

Received quickly. Found it well made and was pleased to find that the XXXL fit my Honda VTX1800 with fairing and tour pack just fine. The VTX is easily as large as my 94 Goldwing but not quite as tall. I believe it will also fit the Wing. It's clearly intended for the economy minded rider so I didn't expect features such as a windshield liner or a heat resistant apron. They are not there; but there is a useful elastic band along the bottom edge. I use an old blanket over the windscreen and hard bags to resist abrasion However it came with ample web straps and buckles to secure it to the bike and a nice set of grommets for locking it. The fabric is a modest weight, much heavier than the really cheapo ripstock covers but certainly not as durable as several heavy duty covers I have that cost 6 times more. I expect it to last a year and, hopefully, a bit longer. The sun in Virginia can be brutal in the summers. The sun at more southerly latitudes will certainly be even more severe. However, I'm not aware of any cover in this price range that can endure more than 1-2 years outside before the sun does it in. I'm confident it will make a year + of reliable service and for the price I'll be very satisfied with that. ... show more

This is a great cover for larger motorcycles with tall handlebars, backrest and full size hard bags...Which is exactly what is underneath the cover... The material is heavy duty and isn’t cloth but a heavy nylon material...It came with front and rear straps attached with clips to secure the cover to the bike and even came with an extra strap with clips but I’m not sure why... There is two huge steel gramits which is ideal for locking this cover to either the front wheel of the bike or to a post. I totally recommend this cover for anyone who owns a huge cruiser motorcycle with bags and windshield because it will cover it up with no problem... Thank-you for making exactly what I was wanting to get for my bike... A black cover with a no nonsense approach that completely covers my bike and keeps people from seeing it...Out of sight and out of mind. ... show more

I ordered the wrong size. But even the smaller incorrect size still is more like a balloon cover than a shape for a motorcycle. I wish I could find one i ordered on Ebay that was just as inexpensive yet had a very distinct shape so you knew where the mirrors went in making it easier to put on. I doubt they will not change the design as other than the length measurement, it's one design for all. So, it looks more like a drape, than a cover. Too much ads about rainproof, etc. Not enough pics of the product actually fitting on a motorcycle. I"m ordering/exchanging for the largest size to see if it works better. My bike is NOT a giant cruiser with bags. Just regular VTX1300 ... show more
