My normal size in athletic shoes is size 10. I had to size all the way up to size 12 wide for these to fit correctly. They might be a bit big in this size. Wish they carried a size 11.5. The shoe itself is awesome! Firm & flexible soles. Can feel a lot of stability with the ground.

After doing my research on the best shoes for lifting, box jumps, and all things functional fitness, I settled on trying this shoe. When I received it, I was concerned it may be too tight, but then decided returning and going a size up would probably be too big. I'm glad I listened to my intuition! These shoes fit so perfectly like a glove that I can feel the gripping of my toes on the gym floor and it feels as if I'm lifting barefoot, but with the support of a minimalist shoe! I wanted them for CrossFit and heavy lifting, but sadly, they just weren't sturdy enough to handle those activities. The media could not be loaded. Love NB minimus. I have narrow skinny feet and I struggled to put these on. Must be either barefoot or extremely thin socks!!! Had to put a thick ball in it overnight to try and stretch them. Do not get these shoes if you need a little insole support because there isn't room for anything except your foot LoL. I wouldn't get these again. The "tongue" of the she is sewn and makes it hard to remove or insert your foot. I wore these for a workout and my feet had indents on top of my foot. They run a tad small and recommend like other reviewers and get a wide. Your feet will thank you. ... show more

This shoe is narrow!! Size up and if you have wide feet, wide may not be enough. I'm a 6.5, I ended up getting a 7 wide and they fit, like a tight glove. Very thin socks. I have been wearing barefoot shoes for years but wouldn't say my feet are "wide" but I needed a wide in these. I like them, you have to be used to minimalist shoes. They look awesome. ... show more
