Both devices are easy to use, compact and functional. I appreciate that Espresso recycles the pods - n charge when you return to UPS. Frother is good for both hot and chilled milk. I like the variety of pods that you can get directly from the company (and they come within a couple of days where we live) but I understand grocery stores now carry them also but not as big a selection. Only caveat - if the red light blinks on the frother, you’ve forgotten to put the spiral frother in the container. Thanks goodness they tell you that’s what it is, I also misread the directions on how to descale, and the woman at the 1-800 number was the most helpful person I’ve dealt with. The machine is really nice but the pod holder comes off frequently and sometimes takes several attempts to put it back in place......My daughter is unable to accomplish this task....not fun. Update-This company has the most amazing customer service! They are professional, lightening fast and beyond accommodating. They sent a custom return box to me within 3, I packed up the unit and sent it back.
