It includes both deep and standard SAE and metric sockets with easy- to-read laser-etched markings for quick identification. Each socket is protected from oil, dirt, and grease thanks to a phosphate coating and is constructed with drop-forged premium CrV steel for maximum life and durability. With a 6-point hex socket design to protect from round off and other damage, each socket in this socket extension set can be used with complete confidence. This set includes extension bars and a U-joint adapter to let you reach more angles on fasteners in tight places. It also comes with a blow-mold socket case that has an individual space for each piece. Secure levers on the case prevent it from opening while you are traveling from jobsite to jobsite. This is the only 3/8 socket set that I need, it covers all of the bases. the only con is that the sockets may come out of place. I glued in some neoprene in it and it's perfect now. This socket set is the best bang for the buck!

Overall I am happy with this impact socket set I have used them quite a bit with both pneumatic and electric impact guns both 3/8 and 1/2 drive with an adapter. No complaints really the sockets seem to be made well, the sizes are not too tight or too loose and the metal seems to be properly heat treated and the black oxide coating does its job. The case is also pretty good too its standard blow molded plastic but the design is good there is not a bunch of wasted space so the case is slim and seems to be pretty durable. I have experienced one failure and that was with the wobbly joint which is not really surprising because it was a pinned type wobbly and those fail pretty much without fail. I do wish the sockets were a bit thinner but lets be realistic and look at the price and not compare them to something like a Snap On or Matco impact socket. I would have liked a little bit less oil/preservative coating on them from the factory but that really is nitpicking. Overall I would say a fair value for the money. ... show more

Only reason it isn’t 10/10, because I haven’t used them long enough. Case is built like the thick girl on the job site that’s been dipping since she could walk. Unlike a dodge, I feel like these will last a good while. I dig it.
