This is definitely not a heavy weight sweatshirt! I ordered a Detroit Lions sweatshirt with Michigan Detroit Lions is a far better quality sweatshirt. I can't recommend this plus the arms seem to be short. If you're looking at this sweatshirt I suggest you move on find a different one

I would recommend sizing up. I'm 5'0 and ordered an adult medium because I wanted it to be very oversized. However, it fits on me like an adult small would. Might just be mine though.

Hard to believe, but my 12 yr old son fits in the medium perfectly (he’s in an adult small). I wanted to return it and get him a large, but he has a Michigan game today and really wanted to wear it.
